If you are using our services through our online e-course learning then you may share the following sensitive personal information with us apart from general contact details:
i. information relating to your age, Gender, educational level, profession or
ii. financial information such as bank account or credit card or debit card or other payment instrument details
Purpose of use of the information collected and management of your information
We at TARSHI respect your privacy and confirm that our usage shall be limited to analysing the data collected from you in relation to your sensitive personal information for educational purposes or providing you the services request for. We will not share your sensitive personal information with any third party except for the purposes of delivering the services requested for.
Any information which is not sensitive personal information shall be utilized to contact you for receiving feedback or providing you with information on TARSHI only.
Any departure from the above will be subject to your express Consent.
If you do not wish to part with your sensitive personal information then please do not enter it during the e-course Learning program. This may result in you being unable to take the course. Similarly you also have a choice of not providing us with your general contact details.
Prior to commencement of the e-learning course you will be required to send us an email giving us the consent to collect your sensitive personal information or refusing to share such information with us. You will not be able to commence the e-learning course unless we receive your email and you agree to the Terms and Conditions during registration.
Your sensitive personal information will not be disclosed to any third party except in accordance and for the purpose of compliance with applicable laws. Only employees of TARSHI will have access to such information. If at any time TARSHI requires your information to be shared with any entity other than TARSHI, prior permission shall be sought from you, subject to applicable laws.
