Terms and Conditions
TARSHI is hereby providing you with short eCourses and content for educational and training purposes only, on its interface on the following terms and conditions (‘Terms’). By using this interface, you accept the Terms. If you do not agree to the Terms or any part thereof then do not use the eCourses:
1. TARSHI is providing content and other proprietary material to you. Except for limited content which may be in public domain, all the text, images, marks, logos, compilations (meaning the collection, arrangement and assembly of information), and other content of the interface and any of the foregoing sent to you by email or other means (collectively ‘said content’) are proprietary to TARSHI or licensed by third parties.
2. License to use interface
TARSHI authorizes you to access the course, view, download, and print the said content subject to the following conditions:
(i) You may only download and print the said content in conjunction with your learning as required to document your learning or the learning process that is appropriate for your personal use.
(ii) You may not use any automated process or software program to view, download, print or otherwise use the interface or the said content.
(iii) You may not use any of the interface or the said content for the purpose of soliciting, for any service or product, companies that have information included in the interface learning courses.
(iv) You may not modify the said content or courses.
(v) You may not remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices that have been placed in the interface or eLearning course.
Except as expressly permitted above, copying; modifying; storing for any period of time, for any use other than specified in (i) above; reproduction; redistribution; republication; uploading; posting; transmitting; distributing or otherwise exploiting in any way the said content, or any portion of the interface content, is strictly prohibited without the prior written permission of TARSHI.
The marks used within this site are proprietary to TARSHI, and they may not be used in connection with any service or products other than those provided by TARSHI, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among users, or in any manner that disparages or discredits TARSHI. You agree, and represent and warrant, that your use or other exploitation of the interface and the said content, or any portion thereof, will be consistent with the foregoing license and restrictions and will neither infringe nor violate the rights of any other party or breach any contract or legal duty to any other parties. In addition, you agree that you will comply with all applicable laws, regulations and ordinances relating to the interface, the said content or your use of them, and you will be solely responsible for your own individual violations of any of them.
3. Age of majority and purpose of use of interface and content
You represent and warrant that you are over the age of 18 on the day of commencement of the eCourse.
Owing to the sensitive nature of the content on the eLearning interface, you agree that reproduction, distribution or sharing of the content with any third party which if misused, by you or owing to your negligence by any third party, for any purpose other than education, may result in legal liability.
You therefore agree that:
(a) Your use of the said content will be strictly for educational purposes only.
(b) You will exercise due diligence while using the said content and will take all reasonable care, subject to other restrictions in these Terms, not to share this content in any manner whatsoever with any individual who will or is likely to misuse the content for any illegal purposes.
4. Disclaimer
Use of this site is at your sole risk. The courses on this website are for educational purposes only and not a substitute for legal advise. All materials, information, products, software, programs, and services are provided “as is,” with no warranties or guarantees whatsoever. TARSHI expressly disclaims to the fullest extent permitted by law all express, implied, statutory, and other warranties, guarantees, or representations, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of proprietary and intellectual property rights. Without limitation, TARSHI makes no warranty or guarantee that this website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
You understand and agree that if you download or otherwise obtain materials, information, products, software, programs, or services, you do so at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damages that may result, including loss of data or damage to your computer system. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of warranties, so the above exclusions may not apply to you.
5. Limitation of liability
In no event will TARSHI be liable to any party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages of any type whatsoever related to or arising from this website or any use of this website, or of any site or resource linked to, referenced, or accessed through this website, or for the use or downloading of, or access to, any materials, information, products, or services, including, without limitation, any lost profits, business interruption, lost savings or loss of programs or other data, even if TARSHI is expressly advised of the possibility of such damages. This exclusion and waiver of liability applies to all causes of action, whether based on contract, warranty, tort, or any other legal theories.
6. Links to third party sites
The interface may contain links to third-party interfaces. The linked sites are not under TARSHI’s control, and we are not responsible for the contents of any linked site. We provide these links as a convenience only, and a link does not imply endorsement of, sponsorship of, or affiliation with the linked site by TARSHI. Links to merchants or advertisers are owned and operated by independent retailers or service providers, and therefore, we are unable to ensure that you will be satisfied with their products, services or business practices. You should make whatever investigation you feel necessary or appropriate before proceeding with any transaction with any of these third parties.
7. Confidentiality
‘Confidential Information’ means any information disclosed to you by us, either directly or indirectly, in writing, orally, or by inspection of tangible objects, other than information that you can establish: (i) was publicly known and made generally available in the public domain prior to the time of disclosure to you by us, (ii) becomes publicly known and made generally available after disclosure to you by us other than through your action or inaction, or (iii) is in your possession, without confidentiality restrictions, prior to the time of disclosure by us, as shown by your files and records. You will not at any time: (i) sell, license, or transfer any Confidential Information, (ii) disclose or otherwise make available to any person or entity any Confidential Information, or (iii) access, use, reproduce, or copy any Confidential Information, except as necessary in connection with the purpose for which such Confidential Information is disclosed to you and in accordance with the Agreement. You will take all measures to protect the secrecy of, and to avoid disclosure and unauthorized use of, the Confidential Information. If required by law to disclose Confidential Information, you may do so provided that: (i) you give us prompt written notice of such requirement prior to such disclosure, (ii) at our request, you assist us in obtaining an order protecting the Confidential Information from public disclosure, and (iii) any such disclosure is limited to the minimum extent necessary to comply with the legal requirement. All Confidential Information will remain our personal property, and all documents, electronic media, and other items containing or relating to any Confidential Information must be delivered to us, destroyed, or uninstalled immediately upon our request, or upon termination of the Agreement.
8. Privacy
TARSHI will collect certain information from you which may be governed by the applicable privacy laws.
TARSHI will not share your personal information or any personal data provided by you with any third party without your prior written Consent.
TARSHI will use the information submitted by you voluntarily, only to assess and analyse the data for evaluation purposes only.

Please refer to our Privacy Policy by clicking here for any further questions. Please do not share any personal data with TARSHI if you do not wish your data to be analysed for educational purposes.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold TARSHI harmless from all causes of action, claims and allegations (whether threatened or pending), costs, fees, charges, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ and professionals’ fees), judgments, damages, losses, and liabilities arising from or relating to the breach or alleged breach of your duties or obligations under these Terms or your use of the interface or the said content. For any indemnified matter, TARSHI will have full control of the response thereto and the defence thereof, including, without limitation, any agreement relating to the settlement thereof, and you will cooperate with TARSHI in such matters. TARSHI may, at its option, terminate any person or entity’s access to the interface upon any breach of the Terms.
10. Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions or any matter relating thereto will be subject to the applicable laws of India and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at New Delhi.
By registering for an eCourse on this site, you are agreeing to the above Terms in entirety without any exception. This is a legally binding contract. Please do not register for a course if you disagree with any of the Terms above.
