TARSHI uses offline and online modes of capacity building and/or strengthening.
TARSHI conducts trainings on sexuality, sexual and reproductive health and rights and counselling skills, as well as on stress management and burnout prevention for service providers, human rights activists and those in people work (for e.g. counselling, healthcare).
All our trainings are tailor-made to suit the needs of individuals, organisations and collectives working in the field. An important objective of our trainings is to encourage participants to incorporate concepts of sexuality and rights in their day-to-day work. We conduct trainings in English and Hindi. Learn about our trainings here.
Since 2011, TARSHI has been offering eLearning courses to help service providers apply increased knowledge and understanding of sexuality, sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) in their work. The eLearning courses are specially designed for the online learning format by a team of experts using our 20 years’ experience in working on sexuality and SRHR issues.
Through the years, our eLearning course had participants from India, Bangladesh, Germany, Italy, Jordan, Kenya, Nepal, Netherlands, Pakistan, Philippines, Singapore, Sweden and Zimbabwe. Learn about our eLearning courses here.
