TARSHI was one of four programmes from across the globe that were chosen to illustrate the Best Practice criteria for helplines. Together, the four programmes illustrated the principles that make helplines successful in providing HIV and AIDS information and counselling, the challenges helplines face, and the creative approaches that can be taken to meet those challenges.
